TICKETING, FARES & SCHEDULES

Ticket purchases for Individual Sector travel on Greyhound in the USA and Canada can only be made within North America. The American website for Greyhound offers an online booking facility, however, only U.S. bank-issued credit cards with a valid North American address are accepted for payment.

Like everyone else outside North America, we can not book or sell individual sector tickets, and we do not maintain printed fare and timetable information. However, we offer DiscoveryPass which is designed for international travellers and can be purchased from us in Australia. If your travel plans include multiple destinations, this multi-day pass with unlimited stopovers may be a more affordable and flexible solution.

For travellers wishing to purchase individual sectors for the US or Canada, the following steps are recommended:

• Go to Schedules and Fares to price the individual sector fare(s). You can enter each destination you plan to visit and the current schedules and fares in US$ or CA$ will be shown.
• Choose the schedule that fits best for your itenerary.
• Once you are in the USA or Canada, go to the nearest Greyhound terminal or ticket office to purchase your ticket(s). Or, you may purchase the ticket(s) on the same day you travel.
• On the date(s) you are travelling, arrive at the Greyhound terminal approximately 45 minutes prior to the departure time to allow for baggage handling and boarding.

Please note that there is no reserved seating. Passengers are boarded on a first in, first served basis. Greyhound pride themselves on being available for people who want to travel.
